Bypass the embedded Silverlight (or Windows Media) player on ITV's on-demand service, freeing you to use your favourite media player.
This lets you view programmes at any screen size and allows skipping within the video so you can reach any part of the programme quickly and easily.
Also, using Caught Up alleviates a bug in the Catch Up service where sometimes the last few seconds (even up to a minute) are cut from the end of each part.
