Here's how to do it:
1) You right-click on the Bookmarks toolbar and click 'customize'.
2) From the menu, you drag 'flexible space' to the Bookmarks toolbar.
3) Remember to add 'flexible space' on each side of the Bookmarks toolbar in order to center the bookmarks.
The flexible space will adjust according to your bookmarks and thereby make sure that your bookmarks are always centered!
