A blogger named Mitch wasn't happy with the Firefox extension for Google Notebook, so he borrowed the Google Notebook widget from Google Personalized Homepage and added it to the Firefox sidebar.
All you do is bookmark this link, then open the Properties for the new bookmark and check the box labeled "Load this bookmark in the sidebar." Now, when you open the sidebar and click the bookmark, presto: There's Google Notebook. Definitely a neat option for those who want to keep the clipping tool close at hand.
